Welcome to 32 Slots. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the Member") and 32 Slots ("the Platform," "we," "us") regarding your use of the website at 32slots.app, all games, betting products, promotions, and related services we provide.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the 32 Slots platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Your 32 Slots account is personal to you. You must not:

32 Slots does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as your 32 Slots account. Any deposit received from an unmatched source may be reversed and the account flagged for review.

Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified account in your name. 32 Slots does not issue withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Processing times stated above are targets rather than guarantees. During periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. 32 Slots offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion, you agree to the specific terms attached to that offer in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus rules that apply to all 32 Slots promotions:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your 32 Slots bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated on the promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible member, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed without notice.
• 32 Slots reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time. This does not affect bonuses already legitimately claimed and in active use.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent, collusive, or abusive means will be forfeited along with any associated winnings. Accounts involved may be permanently closed.

VIP Cashback: Members enrolled in the 32 Slots VIP Club earn cashback on net losses calculated weekly. The cashback percentage depends on your tier — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond. Cashback is credited every Monday and carries no wagering requirement unless stated otherwise in the VIP Club terms.

All bets placed at 32 Slots are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately and apply in addition to these general rules.

• Minimum bet: Rs 100 across all sports and games unless a specific product carries a different stated minimum.
• Bet acceptance: A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmed bet reference number. 32 Slots reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without explanation, particularly where we suspect unusual activity or where a bet would create an unacceptable risk exposure.
• Odds changes: In sports betting, odds may change between the time you submit a bet and the time it is confirmed. Where odds change unfavourably after submission, 32 Slots will notify you and give the option to accept the new price or cancel the bet. Where odds change in your favour, the bet is accepted at the requested price where technically possible.
• Bet settlement: Sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body. Casino and crash game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. 32 Slots aims to settle all bets within 30 minutes of the official result, though complex parlays and investigations may take longer.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided and the stake returned where an event is abandoned, suspended, or where the result cannot be officially confirmed. Specific voiding conditions are listed in the relevant sport rules.
• Cash Out: Where the cash out feature is available, the value offered reflects the current market assessment of your bet. Cash out values are calculated automatically and are not negotiable. 32 Slots may suspend cash out availability at any time during a match, for example during significant stoppages or where live data is delayed.
• Palpable errors: Where odds or game parameters are published in error (a "palpable error"), 32 Slots reserves the right to void affected bets. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. We will notify affected members and return stakes.

32 Slots is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be entertaining and should never negatively impact a member's financial wellbeing or personal life. The following tools are available in your account dashboard and can be activated at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap your net losses over a defined period. This tool prevents the account from accepting further bets once the limit is reached within the set timeframe.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit, bet, or access promotional content.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily close your account. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently are available. During self-exclusion, 32 Slots will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from creating a new account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 32 Slots and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit any feature of 32 Slots.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker, live casino, or any skill-based game.

In summary, 32 Slots:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software forming part of the 32 Slots platform.
• Use the 32 Slots brand name, logo, or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.

32 Slots provides the platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure availability, security, and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 32 Slots shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or any other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, delays, or interruptions outside our reasonable control, including failures of Easypaisa, JazzCash, or other third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from prohibited conduct or failure to maintain account security.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the negligence of 32 Slots or its employees, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

32 Slots reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any product-specific rules.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, multi-accounting, or any prohibited conduct described in Section 08.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• A request by the account holder for self-exclusion or voluntary closure.
• Where 32 Slots is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended or closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance held will be returned to the member via their last used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including fraud, multi-accounting, or money laundering — 32 Slots reserves the right to forfeit the account balance and any pending withdrawals, and to report the matter to relevant authorities.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support@32slots.app. Before closure, any pending bonus wagering requirements will be cleared and any verified real-money balance will be returned to you.

32 Slots may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least seven days' notice via email to the address registered on your account and/or a notification on the platform. Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications of existing provisions — may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the 32 Slots platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date.
